Bon C Bon meals are delivered by a third party delivery service, therefore a $10.00 shipping fee is applied to each order (depending on your area/shipping to a Zone 5 is $15). Please try your postal code in the Delivery Zones section of our website. If you prefer, your order can be collected at our store Saturday between 5:00 and 6:30 PM or Sunday between 12:30 and 2:30 PM (please choose Store Pickup at checkout).

As a thank you to our customers we would like to introduce our NEW Bonus Points system!
We recommend that you subscribe to receive the “Weekly Menu” (signup here!), which goes out to our customers every Tuesday afternoon. You have until NOON the following Tuesday to place your order online for delivery that coming weekend. We will prepare fresh meals for you and deliver them directly to your front door on Sunday between noon and 5:00 p.m. It’s that simple!
How is the food prepared?
We use only the highest quality ingredients. We regularly include “Super foods” such as Quinoa, a complete protein which is gluten-free and high in fiber and barberries, which are rich in vitamin C and have many nutritional benefits. We never add any preservatives, artificial ingredients, MSG or trans-fats to our food. We always try to keep the sodium and fat levels as low as possible without sacrificing flavour so our meals are nutritious, healthy and tasty, and you can pronounce all of the ingredients!
*(Although we have strict cross contamination policies in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee products coming from outside have not been processed in factories where allergens are present. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all products are always 100% peanut/nut free. Customers with severe or life threatening allergies please be aware of the risks.)
What is a double portion?
Double the size of a single portion with a 5% discount and in one container.
What is a family pack of 4 portions?
4 x the size of a single portion with a 10% discount and in one container.
How are the meals delivered?
All our meals are delivered fresh, never frozen, and at fridge temperature. They are packaged in recyclable containers with a listing of ingredients as well as heating instructions, a best before date, and the option to freeze.
Once received, your meals can be heated and ready to serve in just minutes. Alternatively, you can refrigerate or freeze them for future use.*

Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the Island of Montreal as well as off Island with some restrictions. If you are off Island please call us at 514-358-2669 to see if we can deliver to your area.
When do you deliver?
We deliver directly to your door once a week on Sunday between noon and 5:00 p.m., depending on your area.
What if I can’t be there when you deliver?
If you cannot be home during the delivery window provided please call us at 514-358-2669 to make arrangements. We can deliver to a neighbour or you may leave a cooler or insulated bag with ice packs when needed.

How much is shipping?

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer a discount of 5% on Double portions and 10% on Family Packs of 4 portions.
Is there tax on the meals?
There is no tax on the meals. Only salads and shipping are taxable.
You wish to add to an existing order?
If you wish to add to an order that has already been placed for delivery, and avoid a second shipping charge, simply place a second order and click on the Store pickup option on the checkout page and type “second order” and your original order number in the Customer notes section and we will combine your orders.
Payment:
For your convenience you may pay via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit directly through our secure checkout on the website.
* If you are paying for your order by credit card online we reserve the right to ask to see the credit card along with photo ID upon delivery.
